Drinking coconut water: Not everyone is where decent drink

People with hemorrhoids, low blood pressure, headache due to low blood pressure, colds, rheumatism, cold heart disease should not drink coconut water.

Coconut water is still considered as high-grade drinking water, not only pure sterile but also sweet, cool. However, if you do not know how to drink coconut water is very harmful to health, even dangerous to life.
